Baravellis.com ask that you please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. We inform you that by accessing this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, then you may not use or access this website. The Baravellis.com website is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to use this website for any commercial purpose. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this website. Purchase of any of the products on this website does not include intellectual property or the right to commercially reproduce.  This website is owned and operated by Mark and Emma Baravelli, Baravelli’s Ltd, 13, Bangor Road, Uppergate Quarter, CONWY, LL32 8NG.

Before placing an order with the Baravellis.com online shop you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Usage of the Website

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this website and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TOS, we may deny you access to this website on a temporary or permanent basis.

Acceptance of your Order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Baravellis.com shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we still have the products in stock and they are available at the prices we have specified.

Delivery of Goods

Baravellis.com aims to deliver your chosen items to the place and person specified on your order, in perfect condition and in the shortest time we can achieve. All items are sent by Royal Mail or a next day delivery service. If you wish to track your parcel this will incur an additional charge, please email us and we will notify you.

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days subject to payment clearance, address verification and availability of items. Baravellis.com reserve the right to delay the dispatch of an order, for instance if further security checks to verify the customer or the customer’s payment are required. We will contact you if there is a delay. We will arrange Royal Mail delivery to the address supplied by you and we will not be held responsible for loss, damage or delays in transit caused by you supplying incorrect information. All claims for loss or damage must be taken up by you the purchaser directly with Royal Mail. A Royal Mail reference number will be supplied on posting your purchase.

We do not ship outside of the UK at present but this may change in the future. If we ship outside the UK then you should please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates

U.K.: Royal Mail First Class, Signed For – £5.00, delivery aim 1 day after posting
International: Royal Mail International, Tracked & Signed – £15.00, delivery aim 5 to 7 working days after posting.

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the methods stated at the checkout, these include credit or debit card and direct bank transfer. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods as necessary.
