Bee Pollen Heart: dark chocolate, bee pollen, Amaretto: dark chocolate, cream (milk), glucose syrup, Amaretto. Brandy Ganache: dark chocolate, cream (milk), glucose syrup, brandy. Salt & Pepper Caramel: dark chocolate, caramel, (sugar, cream (milk), salt, pepper. Dark Hazelnut Praline: dark chocolate, hazelnuts, colour: gold lustre (E171, E172). Espresso Cup: dark chocolate, cream (milk), glucose syrup, coffee. Strawberry Cream: dark chocolate, fondant (sugar , glucose syrup , water), strawberry puree, colour: red(radish, apple, blackcurrant), white (mica, silicone dioxide, iron oxide). Lemon Cream: dark chocolate, fondant (sugar , glucose syrup , water), lemon oil, colour: yellow (curcumin), white (mica, silicone dioxide, iron oxide).
