Delivery and Returns Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 10am on the same working day. If we do not have the goods in stock, we will contact you by phone or email to advise delivery time or offer an alternative product.
Our working days are Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
To ensure prompt delivery, please make sure you enter the correct address and postcode when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for late or failed delivery if the address or postcode are entered incorrectly. Our website is directly linked to the Royal Mail website and the address that you enter is the address that the system will attempt to send your chocolates to. Please pay special attention and ensure that the full and correct address is used.
Our parcels are sent out with our name and a return delivery address clearly shown. If you are sending a gift and do not want our name shown then please ensure that you use the message box on your order to say “Gift. Please do not show address”. We will then ensure that our name and address are not visible on your parcel. Should your parcel go missing we will not take any responsibility if you have asked us to remove our name and address.
Delivery Methods
The following delivery methods are available on our website.
First Class Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail and have a high chance of being delivered the next working day with a usual maximum of two working days. Maximum weight 2kgs. For larger parcels, we may use an alternative courier service.
Second Class Delivery (2-3 Working Days)
When a delivery is not as urgent we also offer Second Class Delivery. This usually arrives in 2-3 working days.
Overseas Delivery
We do not currently offer shipping outside the UK.
Important
Please note, we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday after 10am for next working day delivery will NOT be dispatched until the following Monday.
Next working day delivery is NOT available for delivery in the Scottish Highlands or any off-shore postcodes in the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
Due to the delicate nature of chocolate products, we reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of hot weather where average temperatures exceed 20° Celsius. In this instance, we will notify you by email. If the delay is unacceptable, a full refund will be made.
We rely on a third party for all our deliveries and therefore are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Occasionally during busy periods there can be delays which are beyond our control but we will inform customers of any issues that we are aware of.
Returns
Every effort is made to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. If however an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us on receipt of the goods. Provided the product is returned to us within 30 days and is unopened and in its original packaging, we will either re-send the product or refund the purchase price.
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for some reason other than it being damaged or faulty please contact us immediately stating your reason for the dissatisfaction. If there is a problem with the product we will refund the purchase price of the product, or send a replacement.
