At Baravelli’s it’s all about our passion for chocolate, our creativity and our craftsmanship and that all begins with cocoa beans which are imported from Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Trinidad and Madagascar.

They arrive with the unique aroma of fermented cocoa and it’s from here that we work the Baravelli’s magic and begin the crafting of our sumptuous range of bean to bar chocolate. Each part of the production involves a Emma, our Master Chocolatier and her skill in blending, tasting, designing and of course adding that extra Baravelli’s flair which has made our delicious range of all things chocolate one of the most sought artisanal foods in Wales, and, more importantly across the UK.
